Prior founder and MoB of a global RE group, participated in financing of growth, multi-project management, co-operations, debt financing, building organisation, project management + financing of large PV power plants in 10 countries (Europe, US, South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Northern Africa)
Over 18 years of international experience in renewable energy, finance, and M&A, with a strong focus on transforming and scaling solar businesses. Proven track record in leading commercial strategy, structuring complex project and corporate transactions, and guiding companies from development to IPP platforms.
Over 15 years of experience in renewable energy project development across Europe, leading teams and managing large-scale solar portfolios. Previously responsible for expanding project pipelines, structuring co-development partnerships, and successfully delivering complex energy projects from early-stage to RTB.
Over 20 years of senior management experience as CFO and CEO in international companies, with a strong focus on the renewable energy sector. Combines strategic leadership and financial expertise with deep industry insight to drive sustainable growth and organizational excellence.
