As we expand our operations, we are looking for a qualified and technically skilled Technical Procurement Manager to join our procurement team. The technical procurement Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and high-quality project-building in EPC business.

The Technical Procurement Manager will define and assess technical compliance with the project requirements, lead the technical qualification of manufacturers, and drive the development of supplier specifications. This includes reviewing and managing all technical documentation (datasheets, test reports, certifications), ensuring product compliance with international standards (e.g. IEC, ISO), and contributing to the development of warranty and quality requirements within contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate project technical requirements into supplier-ready documentation and ensure that technical specifications of equipment and materials match project needs.
  • Review and manage technical documentation across the product life cycle.
  • Lead technical supplier qualification, including audits and capability assessments.
  • Define and ensure implementation of technical warranties and QA/QC measures.
  • Assist Project Managers and O&M in resolving technical issues related to materials or suppliers during project execution.
  • Provide input on technical risks, deviations from suppliers that may affect the project scope or timeline.
  • Monitor market developments and technology trends.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy).
  • 5+ years of technical procurement, engineering, or product qualification experience.
  • Proven expertise in renewable energy equipment (e.g. solar module, inverters, racking system, transformers, BESS).
  • Strong knowledge of technical standards and documentation.
  • Fluent in English and German; other languages are an asset.

Project Manager UK (m/f/d)

Job Overview

Management of all aspects of the assigned PV projects throughout its life cycle and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while minimizing risks and maximizing margins on a variety of solar energy projects across Europe. The project will be taken over at ready to build stage and will be handed over after commissioning and testing of the asset. The Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Construction.

To strengthen our Engineering team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join us as a PROJECT MANAGER.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the engineering team to conduct site investigation and assess the technical feasibility of developing a specific solar PV project.
  • Liaise with the Scheduler & cost controller and Head of Procurement the respective project budget.
  • Work with procurement team to coordinate the sourcing process of all components needed.
  • Manage the EPC and Sub-contract, change orders, and other agreements with Mainsubcontractors and vendors, and oversee all subcontractors’ work in all phases.
  • Maintaining cash-flows of the EPC contract in close collaboration with the scheduler & cost controller.
  • Develop and maintain project timeline in collaboration with the scheduler & cost controller, identify critical path, and key milestones for project’s success.
  • Identify the sources of likely problems and proactively take preventive measures to avoid any potential project risks, and determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact.
  • Coordination with internal Project Finance Team.
  • Performing regular site visits and liaise with the Site Manager of ILOS and the Site Manager of the Main Contractor and other Sub-Contractors.
  • Liaising with Technical Advisors of bank during construction for site visits and acceptanceTesting.

Qualifications

Qualification Proven track record of 5+ years of solar project management experience, including ground mounted projects of +10MWp. Engineering degree or Qualified Technician, preferably in Electrical Engineering. Very good knowledge of National Electrical Codes, other PV system regulations and national construction codes.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Asset Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will own post-COD performance, value and risk profile of ILOS’s Irish utility-scale solar assets. You’ll lead commercial asset management across operations, contracts and counterparties to maximise availability, yield and cash generation, while maintaining robust governance, HSEQ and stakeholder alignment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the asset management of our operations in Ireland. You will manage contracts, insurance, reporting, and financials, while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our assets and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all post-COD contracts (O&M, PPA, land, permits, warranties, LTSA, service credits), driving compliance, performance remedies and variations.
  • Run competitive processes for key services where needed; negotiate amendments and claims to protect value.
  • Own site/portfolio KPIs (availability, yield, PR, MTTR, H&S), chair performance reviews, and push structured RCA/CAPAs with O&M providers.
  • Prioritise preventative/corrective maintenance plans and annual inspections; approve work scopes and outage plans.
  • Coordinate with grid operators and market counterparties on curtailment, outages, compliance testing and metering; ensure timely submissions and settlements.
  • Place and steward asset insurance; manage notifications, adjusters and recoveries to resolution.
  • Maintain the asset risk register and mitigation plans; uphold HSEQ expectations across suppliers.
  • Own the asset budgets/forecasts (opex, capex, reserves); track variances and cash waterfall.
  • Deliver crisp monthly/quarterly reporting (technical, financial, ESG/H&S) for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive value-add initiatives (repowering packages, availability incentives, SCADA/analytics upgrades).
  • Coordinate with Finance and Tax advisors on SPV/JV compliance, audits and filings; ensure covenant and regulatory adherence.
  • Maintain robust document control and meeting cadence; prepare board packs and stakeholder updates.
  • Lead PPA onboarding/ tendering/ renegotiations; manage invoicing, reconciliations and credit risk.
  • Be the day-to-day focal point for investors, lenders, landowners, regulators and community representatives; communicate proactively and credibly.
  • Mentor junior team members; embed best practice and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing operating renewable assets (ideally utility-scale solar), including O&M and PPA oversight, performance analytics, and contract governance.
  • Sharp commercial judgement with hands-on claim/variation experience and strong supplier management.
  • Comfort operating in regulated energy environments and with grid/market stakeholders.
  • Excellent reporting discipline and stakeholder communication (investors, lenders, regulators, landowners).
  • HSEQ mindset with structured project/programme methods (e.g., PRINCE2 or similar).
